Meal Prepping- Weekly Recipes

Hey Hey Hey! It’s Sunday! Which means during miss Kai’s naptime I quickly write this blog for you! This week includes a variety of different recipes! Hopefully one of them makes your meal planning menu this week!

Cheeseburger Soup Recipe – This could be a crockpot recipe as well!

1lb Hamburger
1 package bacon
4 sausage links (optional)
Red Onion
3 Cups Beef or Chicken Broth
3Tbsp butter
2 Cups Milk (I used almond)
1/4 cup flour
1tsp dried basil
1tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cups shredded cheese

Cook meat
Prep Veggies- peel and cut potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, and spinach
Add Seasonings, potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, cooked meat, 3 cups of broth into pot (or crock pot), and butter.
On stovetop cook for 25ish minutes, in crockpot on slow for 4 hours
Add flour, cheese, spinach, and milk then stir. – if you are using a crockpot 15 minutes before serving add flour, cheese, milk, and spinach.
Stir & serve!

Pasta + Veggies + Sausage

-Sausage Links (Ours came from our pig we ordered locally)
-Pasta (Cooked via the instructions on the box)
-Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper, Parsley (sprinkle of each, I didn’t measure anything)
– 1 Lemon
-Belle Pepper, Red Onion, Tomatoes
-Top with Parmesan
-Cook sausage in seasonings, add veggies, and serve with pasta.

Unstuffed Peppers- instapot recipe

-1 Cup Rice- Cook on stove top according to directions
-Belle Peppers (2-3) Chopped
-Spinach Chopped
-1 can diced tomatoes
-1 lb ground turkey
-Garlic Powder
-Saute ground turkey in instapot and add diced tomatoes
-Chop veggies & add to instapot
-Add rice & Serve

Salsa Chicken Bake

-1 container of fresh salsa I get mine from Aldi
-2-4 Chicken Thighs
-1 Package Taco Seasoning
-1 Belle Pepper
-1 Avocado
-Add chicken, taco seasoning packet, and salsa to oven safe pan, stir and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
-Serve with avocado and cut belle peppers

Tilapia & Caesar Salad

-Olive Oil
-2 Tilapia Fillets- I get our from Imperfect Foods (1 fillet per serving)
-Salt, Garlic Powder
-Caesar salad kit (Cut in 1/2 for 1 serving) – Salad Dressing Tip – Add water to make it thinner to last for both servings
-Assemble and serve (I ate this for lunch and dinner one day!)

Brownie Batter Collagen Ice Cream

1 Scoop FNX Collagen Powder (Brownie Batter Flavor) 
-3/4 cup almond milk
-1 tbsp Peanut Butter
-Refrigerate for 2 hours then freeze for 2 hours & Enjoy
