Camping Meal Prep!

Living in Minnesota and having in-laws that have a camper we are at the lake ALOT in the summer; we also live to far away to go back and forth every weekend so when we go we typically go for a minimum of two nights; which requires being breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Typically we would wait to go grocery shopping at the local store by the camper but thanks to COVID this summer we did all of our shopping at home and brought everything with us (or as much as we could), so that is where this blog idea came from! I take you through my process of meal planning/meal prepping for a Wednesday-Sunday camping trip for the 4 of us!

Camping Menu
Breakfasts:
-Biscuits & Gravy
-Egg McMuffins With Ham & Cheese
-Oatmeal/ Cereal/ Granola Bars
-Fruits
-Bacon

Lunch:
-Hotdogs
-VEGGIES
-Leftovers
-Lunch meat & Cheese
-Chips/ Snacks

Dinner:
Hamburgers
-Lemon Pepper Chicken
-Hot Dogs
-Marinated Pork Chops
-Salad Kits
